SMALL GRANTS PROGRAMME (MAXIMUM £300)
For small one-off grants of up to and including £300, please complete and return the following application form along with a recent set of accounts. Applications will be considered at the next scheduled meeting of the People Committee. Any applications received less than two weeks before the meeting date will be held over until the following meeting.

When completing the application form, please ensure that you refer to the guidance notes as these will help you to provide all the information required by the Grants Panel.
It is important that you complete all sections of the application form (do not just answer questions with “see attached”). Additional information can be attached to the application, but this must not be in place of answering the questions on the application form.
Applications for the main grants programme are considered three times a year. We will accept applications for our main grants programme at any time and submit them to the next scheduled Panel meeting. The closing dates for submission of applications for the financial year 2017/18 are 18 June 2017, 30 September 2017 and 6 January 2018. Please ensure that applications are submitted in good time as late applications will not be considered until the following meeting.

* Problems with saving fillable PDF forms:
Some users have reported a problem when saving fillable PDF forms to a different file name from the original. This occurs when using the “Save As” option from the file menu in Adobe PDF Reader. Users will sometimes get the error message “The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (23).” This applies to all fillable PDF forms, not just ours, and is a problem with more recent versions of Adobe Reader.
There are two ways around this problem:
1) Copy the file to a new name before you start, and always use “Save” rather than “Save As”.
2) In the Adobe Reader Preferences menu select “Documents”, then uncheck the box labeled “Save As optimises for Fast Web View”.
